Talk of the City| Ndinda+Timo
After an engagement session that left nairobi stunned and dumbfounded, see here, Ndinda and Timo proceeded to have the kind of wedding only read in stories. I heard some people say “kama findeo”! Simply put, it was one of those rare occasions where love, planning, creativity and excellence were melted in a pot and served Hot! Everybody got talking…..
ahem! oh my eyes! did i Ogle at this beauty! plus it also meant no breakneck speeds to the church as my old vw van would have no trouble keeping up, lol 😀 for those who dont know, Its a 1928 Ford model T and 15 million were made between 1908 and 1928. In Kenya this is one of the the three that are roadworthy 🙂
The famous Gusii “Obokano” was not left behind. It a traditional music instrument played by plucking to accompany traditional songs, dances, and chants during various community organized ceremonies i.e. harvests, weddings, elders’ meetings, heros/heroine welcome, etc
we had some fun shots on the way. The car was a major head turner and everywhere we passed everyone stopped to look, see? I just made you look! 🙂
the beautiful church setup
the look on the flowergirl’s face = priceless!!
we headed to The Bedelle in Runda for the final shoot. It is the cosiest and most private location that i know of in Nairobi
We wish Mr and Mrs Ombati all the best in their new marriage and pray for God’s blessing and providence upon their lives.
